Quote requests and chat conversations are saved in our website's secure database so nothing gets lost between messages. Only the owner of Wasatch Crystal Laser Engraving has access to this information.

We do not run advertising trackers or third-party analytics. The only thing stored in your browser is your chat conversation history, so you can pick up where you left off on your next visit. You can clear this at any time through your browser settings.
